Your project is our project. We transport bulk materials in Southern Ontario. Our fleet consists of dump trailers, tri-axles, pony pups, live-bottoms and more. The McKoy Family has built one of the leading transportation companies in Southern Ontario. The Real McKoy has grown to a fleet of 50 units, operating 24 hours a day. Despite its remarkable growth and success, the company has remained a family operated business which translates into a personal commitment to quality and professionalism.

 

Our mission is to provide our customers with efficient, cost-effective solutions in times of economic challenges while never compromising our high standards for health and safety. Day in and day out, we remain diligent about our vehicle maintenance and driver training to provide unparalleled service and best practices.

We employ uniquely qualified and talented people, exercising care and attention to detail by treating customers with respect, demonstrating accountability and building loyalty through trust and commitment.

When it comes to vehicle safety and maintenance, there is no compromising. Preventative maintenance is serious business – we consider it a way of life. It is crucial to keep down-time to a minimum and to ensure our drivers are confident in their equipment.

Every piece of Real McKoy equipment sent out is inspected daily, during all inspections; equipment receives any necessary manufacturer certified service, maintenance and repairs. A complete service history including certificates and supporting documents are kept on hand for quick reference. Inspections and repairs are conducted at our repair facility by our team of qualified mechanics.

We insist that all drivers and equipment meet or exceed the highest safety and quality standards for our industry. Our safety department works hard to maintain our excellent track record. Having experienced staff members has allowed us to build long, lasting relationship with both customers and our drivers allowing us to sustain and grow our fleet. 

Proper training and equipment are crucial to our success. We are firm believers in empowering our staff with the very best knowledge and tools to properly complete every job safely. We offer specialty courses and post secondary education to improve our team's skill sets. Every new driver must complete a thorough orientation program upon their hire by The Real McKoy Drivers are road tested and receive semi-annual spot checks or reviews.

Our safety, compliance and environmental officers enforce the highest standards for occupational health and safety.
